WFB Tourney List option 2

So I redid the list once again, taking out the Black Guard altogether and putting in a second unit of Knights.  I like this for the speed, armor, and hard-hitting factor of the Knights, however I do like the Black Guard's size of Unit and their special abilities (Re-roll all hits, stubborn).  The Pearl makes the Knights Immune to Psychology like the BG, plus the Banner gives them armor piercing (making them inflict a -4 to armor saves).  And I had to lose the Corsair's SB again.  What does everyone think?
